I charge a 50% of the service cancellation fee for any cancellations without 48 hours notice of the scheduled appointment. Day of cancelations/no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. If changing the type of service (i.e from a color to a haircut) without 48 hr notice client is responsible for paying original service cost/or a fee for time slot scheduled as this prevents clients on a waiting list from being able to book.
